      Time from application to first day is very fast, easy to learn, good management and good hours

      Cons

      Extremely stressful at times, especially during the summer, working on the grill specifically is physically exhausting, lots of entitled customers at this location specifically

      Ongoing management turnover and staffing shortages. Difficulty hiring enough managers to properly support the business. The culture the company promotes no longer feels as strong as it once did, resulting in a less positive work environment.
