Sharp HealthCare takes great care in developing the corporate culture so that employees at all levels understand the direction the company is trying to take. As a result, Sharp employees are extremely proud to be part of the organization and it shows.
Cons
Because Sharp is a non-profit organization, it can pay it's employees competitively but relies heavily on other incentives. Sharp employees are rarely the highest paid for any given position but employees are generally happy and often return to Sharp after having worked elsewhere.
