      Pay, benefits, the Sharp Experience, reputation, team building activities, free anti-virus software and employee discounts.

      Cons

      Every employer has a down side. No telecommuting, limited vacation and holidays. Cafeteria at all Sharp facilities are overpriced.

      Wonderful work environment and coworkers

      Cons

      I don’t focus on negative, just room for improvement. And I worked here in 2006 or 2007. Glassdoor didn’t give me the option to go back that far for when my employment ended. Just an FYI.
