      Wonderful co-workers and team. Retirement benefits are okay. 403b and a "401k" dubbed Sharp Saver where they match 4.5% if you contribute 6%. RN is unionized

      Cons

      Floating. Care is definitely focused on patient satisfcation

      Wonderful work environment and coworkers

      Cons

      I don’t focus on negative, just room for improvement. And I worked here in 2006 or 2007. Glassdoor didn’t give me the option to go back that far for when my employment ended. Just an FYI.
