      Great pay and flexible with hybrid work schedule

      Cons

      Need to go offshore occasionally and job security isn’t great because there are reorganizations every 2 -3 years. Not great progression/development paths, it’s all about who you know and opportunities available and very competitive because most employees are high performers.

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
