      Pay, benefits, career opportunities, very diverse

      Cons

      Lower and middle managers do notunderstand what there employees do. Work there employees very hard and long hours and do not compensate nor provide comp time. No such thing as work life balance, you are owned by the company.

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
