      Pros

      Shell treat their staff amazingly well, with excellent salary packages, terms and conditions, flexible working, progression prospects, training, coaching, mentoring. I can see why there are so many career Shell personnel.

      Cons

      None so far. Also I cannot see any future cons with working for Shell.
