      Good work life balance; multi-cultural work place

      Cons

      Lowest paying company out of the major operators; have to stay in a position for a minimum of 4 years unless special circumstances; frequent re-organizations (3 CEOs in the last 5 years) resulting in major changes down the food chain

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
