      Great Benefits, Flexi Work hours, Good Work Life Balance, Management hands-off approach and very little micromanaging

      Cons

      No 13 Months Pay, responsibilities does not match with job grades ( doing tasks which previously was done by successors that are in higher job grades )

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
