      Opportunity to change role every 3-4 years and get exposure to different aspects of the company. Never a dull day with lots of projects to work on. Shell is serious about transforming with the energy transition and you get to be a part of that.

      Cons

      Matrix structure with many internal stakeholders and processes to deal with. Fewer opportunities as you get more senior in the company.

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
