      Pros

      Good for new grads with variety of exposure. Not suitable for experienced hires unless you are in HQ. Work life balance depends on your nature of job.

      Cons

      Lack of high level jobs in SBSC centers in JG 2/1 and above. Too much politics and red tapes. Year on year people survey is a joke, HR execution lousy. Local country manager not focusing in attracting more jobs locally
