Giving responsibility since the first day of the job. Very supportive superviser and metor system. A follow-up assessment allows the possibility of full-time official employment. A good place to work for people who desire work and responsibility.
Cons
Bureaucratic. Complicated procedures. H.R department not efficient, and not really caring about interns.
