      Pros

      Not a single good thing about working at the shell garage in stonehouse.

      Cons

      Manager is abusive to staff and awful at her job, owner is either just as bad or complicit. Company don’t respond or care about any complaints. There’s a reason why staff turnover is so high.

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
