      Good company. Respect staff. Good graduate programme. Good benefits. Has good processes

      Cons

      Less flexibility to make changes (unlike smaller companies). Usually hit a lot of red tapes to change a process. A lot of passive mentors but few sponsors.

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
