      Great trainings and program in-place to kick off your career. Good benefits, salary, bonus, reimbursements, relocation, health programs, etc..

      Cons

      A little slow to take action. In some cases it feels like your put in the middle of an ocean when you start, you have to figure things out yourself fast.
