      - Trying to be a leader and influencer in the energy transition - HSSE is important to the organization - Good overall compensation package - Access to world class resources - Global view of opportunities and risks

      - Always restructuring; people having to reapply for their jobs - Walking back some of their climate change and social responsibility goals - As with any large organization, there are inefficiencies and a lot of process that does not add value - Some management staff still get away with harassment and bullying
