Pros

*Excellent workplace if you've got a degree *Daytime and early evening hours *Perfect hours for college students *Great for networking

Cons

*Nonexistent promotion opportunities for part and full time employees *No benefits or chance to work your way up to obtain them *Hour cap and no overtime *Hard work done not compensated monetarily unless at Management level (in the form of bonuses) *Open 7 days a week, where Sunday was once a promised day off. More hours open per week, but no additional hours for stores to work with

Pros

Leadership training, flexible schedule if your store has the necessary staffing, 401k match

Cons

If you don't have staffing then you are required to work weekends consistently, Sales calls requirements keep getting higher and higher, incompetent corporate leadership. Pay is based on 44 hours worked weekly for assistants(48 for Store managers; leaves room for less work/life balance
