      Pros

      I witnessed some extremely high levels of commitment from some very talented people. The company culture was what you would expect from a young startup.

      Cons

      Very poor leadership selection. Company hires people with bait and switch. They appear to be cutting edge to both clients and prospective employees until you get involved.
