Pros
The only pro is for Robert Tucker (the owner). He keeps his company cheap and underpays the employees so that he has no debt. Good for him and the millions of dollars that his ancient behind is sitting upon but not good for us regular people trying to make a living.
Cons
Not only is the company incredibly cheap, there was constant sexual harassment, gossip between managers and sales associates, racism towards the non- Caucasian workers and the company will not pay for workers comp. The employees steal from the store all the time. This company treats their employees like dirt, and all for minimum wage pay. We have to wear uniforms and keep our shoes without scuffs all for minimum wage pay? The work is way too much for the pay given. Not to mention that the company does not believe in giving raises. Don’t waste your time working here, not even as a starting job. It will ruin retail for your forever.
