      Great company atmosphere, motivating leadership team, competitive salary package, openness to feedback

      Cons

      Showpad is a very fast changing environment. You have to be able to cope with the fast pace and adapt to new ways of working etc.

      Pros

      Historically had good pros (but they are disappearing). Still has a very good healthcare plan, good people, and a flexible office policy.

      Cons

      Lots of big changes with a merger and a PE firm coming in. Many well liked leaders choosing to leave. Processes and strategy disappearing. Communication from leadership becoming less transparent.
