We're glad to hear you acknowledge the incredible talent and hard work of your colleagues at Showpad. Our team is indeed one of our greatest assets, and we continually strive to foster a collaborative and knowledgeable environment.
We wanted to provide some facts around our compensation program. In general, we run two compensation cycles per year, and provide compensation increases based on our compensation philsophy, ensuring we offer competitive total rewards. Our most recent cycle was effective April 1st, 2024. We have only skipped one compensation cycle in the last 2 years.
We strive to bring transparent communication to our team, through consistent cadence of all hands, Executive messaging, and leadership meetings. Of course transparency is sharing the right information with the right audience at the right time, so some decisions aren’t shared in advance.
As we navigate through organizational changes, we are committed to maintaining open communication and transparency with our employees.
Regarding career growth opportunities, we recognize the importance of investing in our talented employees. We offer employee development opportunities on demand on a wide variety of topics, as well as live sessions and cohort learning opportunities regularly throughout the year. We value your input and encourage you to continue sharing your thoughts and suggestions with us.
