      Pros

      Literally nothing besides the free lunch that they advertise nonstop.

      Cons

      Subpar managers, salary was around 30k when I left with promises of "year end bonuses" keeping the desperate staying on... only not to be delivered on. Absolutely terrible working conditions. Learned very little.

      no cons directly related to Simplex. Any cons would be about choosing to be a trader specifically ie stress management, no residual income.

      Pros

      Working at Simplex Trading in Chicago is an incredible experience! The company fosters a collaborative and dynamic environment where innovation is encouraged, and everyone’s contributions truly matter. The flat structure also keeps bureaucracy to a minimum, allowing work to be done at a rapid pace.

      None that I can think of.
