Not the best - Digital Content Producer Sinclair Broadcast Group Employee Review

This is my first Job out of College, and I appreciate that a chance was taken on me. However, it has not been the best experience. As I got further into my first year, it became apparent that I didn't really have a voice. I don't see any room to grow as a Digital Content Producer and I feel like I am not taken seriously in any aspect by management. The job would be a lot better if management was more helpful and corporate was willing to be less restrictive.
