From training to my branch there are some inconsistencies, such as policies being upheld or routines being upheld because we don't have the support from corporate like we need. Our customer survey's are low, the blame resides heavy in the fact that we do NOT have a permanent facility and that is frustrating to both the customer and the employees. We as employees have to trouble shoot the trailer's water pump and motors, the bathrooms are inconsistent as well, either all power is shut off or there is a clog in the toilet because of improper water flow or pump use. So, if our commission relies on CES then I feel the company could be supporting us better by tending to our facilities difficulties.
