    Pros

    Compensation (base + commission), decent benefits, growth potential

    Cons

    General sales quotas for the area instead of realistic expectations condusive to each locations demographics. Not enough cars to support the amount of business in the area. Constant conplaints from customers because of lack of cars in whatever car category they've booked and were displeased with what we had to offer as an alternative.

    Advice to Management

    Get the cars people actually want.

    Pros

    Management is awesome, I feel the family/team spirit, the freedom of autonomy with the scheduling is wonderful... I feel like the opportunity for advancement is there and I’m excited about working for this company

    Cons

    My only is con honestly is the current pay rate in comparison to other employees in the same and other positions. However I have been made aware that pay raises are possible with hard work and dedication to the job

    Advice to Management

    Keep everyone accountable for providing the best customer service possible. For example... An email was sent out recently stating that everyone is responsible for and obligated to perform live check ins with each customer, each time. Let’s make sure that when standards are set they are also met and those who fail to meet them shall face consequences. It’s more about making sure that as a company we’re making a good name for our brand than punishing employees, but I definitely feel that this is important

    Pros

    Branch Manager's Meeting locations are nice.

    Cons

    Promotional path is murky. Cross promotion within company is close to none. Salary not great compare to industry average. The top make the most money. This company lacks managerial training. Work to life balance. No loyalty towards front line management and front line employees. The difference between their European operation and their US operations. Employer lacks constant feedback. No yearly review to know what you need to work on.

    You have the opportunity to work with great people!

    Cons

    Where to begin. They start you off at a fancy orientation for a week or so and pay for your hotel if it's far enough away. Everyone wears suits, which is what you have to wear at work by the way. When you apply they tell you you will be making $40000-$70000 a year in reality its $25000. Management doesn't have common sense and they are never in the office. Always understaffed most of the time you will have to clean cars by yourself. Customers very aggressive because long wait and not having cars available. No motivation from manager all they care about is their own bonus.

    -Get to test drive vehicles
    -Culture can be relaxed
    -Opportunity to meet people from all walks of life
    -Incentives to do well

    -Unsupportive Management
    -Racist Management
    -Unorganized
    -No leadership
    -Always understaffed
    -A new batch of workers every 3 months
    -Company strives for "excellent customer service" but company has no moral compass
    -Too much drama
    -No work life balance
    -Superiors blame staff for everything and takes no accountability for their actions
    -Company has no foundation
    -Busy days are bearable but management is slow to assist
    -Poor Communication

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your staff! Even though you may feel as though the feedback they are providing are merely complaints, you should still take the opportunity to check into these things. There are a lot of unhappy employees working for this company and it's simply because their voice isn't heard. Greed is another factor. Everything is about making the company their next dollar by any means necessary but when employees are making "too much" the company starts to sabotage them. Insisting that they (employees) are partaking in fraudulent activities.

    Very deceptive company who lack a moral compass.
    The company is hell bent on bringing in new customers, much like any other company, but they will do it at any cost.

    Company wide policies for rentals should be revisted and revised.

    Excellent way to implement great ideas. Great people to work with, very knowledgeable. Fun and creative events held consistently.
