    Pros

    Great, collaborative environment that provides a unique opportunity for professionals to start or further develop their career. At Sixt, I have been exposed to projects far beyond that of my peers from similar backgrounds and have been trusted with responsibilities that are befitting of someone with way more experience. Sixt USA has the combination of a start up approach, mixed with the backing of a massive, successful organization in Germany. Couldn't recommend this company more!

    Cons

    Those who work hard and perform are rewarded quickly. There is tremendous growth opportunity here. This is not the place to coast by.

    Flexible hours/ fun environment/ team work

    Pay. Limited upward mobility. No room for training. Not enough company time off. Below average benefits

    Pros

    I was not employed long enough to benefit from any Pros.

    Cons

    I was sent to Florida to train for a position I was not hired for. At the end of the 5 day training, there was a test (not related to my specific job) that I did not pass and was let go that day. After 3 wks of employment. It was so bizarre. I never received anything in writing it was just a verbal dismissal. Extremely unprofessional.

    Advice to Management

    When sending your new hires to the training site in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl, make sure they understand that the training and testing will determine your continued employment with Sixt. In addition, when you terminate an employee follow up with a letter.

    Decent pay structure for only sitting all day behind a desk talking to customers.

    Cons

    Customer service oriented, customers treat you badly for things that are out of agents control.

    Pros

    The bonus for this position are amazing. Impossible to not meet the bare minimum per day of 18%. This job offers fantastic insurance and a pleasant work environment.

    Cons

    My personal opinion... Hourly rate is too low for my liking. Of course i have lots in experience in this field already so i do expect more than $11 per hour. I am a bilingual agent that speaks English and french. However i do not get compensated for french as those who speak Spanish. So when applying for Sixt, Spanish is the only language you will get paid $1 more for knowing.

    Advice to Management

    Learning a language is hard... So picking which language is more important is not really fair especially that i do assist cx in french... I feel that if management won't compensate french speakers that they should compensate for any other languages.

    - Great company culture, they really care for your personal success
    - People from all departments are willing to help
    - Exciting projects
    - Great work/life balance
    - Ability to offer new ideas
    - Managers are extremely helpful and interested
    - Love my coworkers!

    Cons

    - Traffic can be difficult, definitely have to plan to leave early
    - Benefits can be pricey, especially for new employees

    Keep it up! (just work on benefits package)

    Pros

    The company culture is so fun and open - it's always fun to go to work! The work is challenging, but I enjoy it. Senior management is accessible and transparent. The company is very transparent about growth plans for employees!

    Cons

    The benefits are pretty basic/expensive and they don't contribute to 401k yet. The parking lot is always over-flowing, but that's it.

    Advice to Management

    Better benefits for new-hires would be helpful!
