Pros

There are so many pros!!! This is the best company I've ever worked for and I feel so fortunate every day to come here!! Being a German company I think they value their employees a little different from the american companies i've worked for. They actually CARE and want you to have time off. They even FLY other people in from different locations to cover shifts when needed. I've never seen another company like it and I never want to leave! Not only do they offer a very generous amount of vacation PLUS sick pay. This company gives us the opportunity to grow and advance all the way to the top! The sky really is the limit here! I've been sent on several training's that have given me skills I can use for the rest of my life! Not to mention the life long relationships I've built with some of the best friends I've ever met here! I can't say enough great things about working for SIXT, I feel obsessed most days lol. I look forward to becoming our own region and seeing how much we grow in the next 3 years to come!

Cons

Inconsistent communication from management and a lack of structure. It wasn't always like this but unfortunately since we had a change in management and got a new GM things have gone awry.

Cons

• High-pressure, top-down culture with constant focus on results • Middle management roles can feel unsupported despite high expectations • Disciplinary actions sometimes felt excessive for minor issues • Workplace culture included gossip and lack of professionalism at times • Limited coaching and development—more focus on outcomes than guidance • Bonus structure can be difficult to fully achieve due to split KPIs • Customer service metrics felt unrealistic to consistently control • Perception of over-policing performance (both under- and over-performance scrutinized) • Advancement expectations are aggressive; may not be ideal for those not seeking rapid promotion • Frontline employees appear prioritized over management support
