      Pathetic place to work in - User Experience Designer Sixt Employee Review

      Pros

      The team(design) is highly supportive. The compensation is decent.

      Cons

      The upper management does not care about the employees. As a designer, when you approach them with ideas, they brutally shoot them down, and if you try to have a healthy discussion with them, they will hold a grudge against you. Moreover, there is zero coordination between Bangalore and the Munich team. The design team is micro-managed. There is no ownership of the product. Even if you add an icon to the design, you would have to take permission from the UX manager.

      It only takes one or two customer reviews to affect you negatively. Disproportionate to the number of customers you handle.

      Steady pay and hours but the work is busy some days.

      Cons

      Depending on branch and setup you work outside and deal with weather in your locale.
