We appreciate you taking the time to voice your concerns about the training program. Training is hard work and takes a lot of dedication if you hope to become a Branch Manager within a years’ time. With that said, our training team is very accommodating with all of our trainees and are dedicated to coaching and investing in those that show enthusiasm for Sixt. Of course those that show they are motivated and are eager to learn will advance regardless of whether or not they need extra coaching.
