Pros

Pay is okay and get along with the branches. Annual bonus.

Cons

Losing business to competitors due to lack of availability. Don’t get back up from senior management when issues arise. Rushed through a new system when other staff haven’t had proper training.

It only takes one or two customer reviews to affect you negatively. Disproportionate to the number of customers you handle.
