      Nice place to work, room for growth.

      Cons

      No training, no mentoring, no product knowledge given at all. Most sales people have no clue about the product they are selling.

      Decent product, and global market penetration.

      Cons

      Mergers have been devastating for staff and morale - I saw three in my tenure. Merit does not seem to matter. When new management comes in, everyone is axed.
