Pros

You will get free snacks ,drinks, lunch etc. Timing is flexible - different people come at different times

Cons

I joined this company because I was shown a very very rosy picture. How they are changing the world, ending unemployment and are on track to be the best thing since sliced bread. I did inquire about all the bad reviews on glassdoor but was told that these are "growing pains" and the new management is making changes and reacting. Its been little less than year since than and NOTHING has changed. Look for yourself and you will see there are still the same reviews and the same answer. I have given up hope that we will see any change and am moving on. I have been a self starter all my life and need very little direction to make an impact but I find it hard to operate here as the company and my team's goals keep changing. Its not a small change that bothers me but indecisiveness where course is changed at the last minute and then begins the blame game and finger pointing. I know I am not alone as majority of the employees have left or are leaving. Smart ones leave soon and some like me stay on in the hope of change but eventually leave. I have learnt my lesson and I am out of here !

* Genuine career growth and internal mobility – I’ve been able to move from Sales Development to Account Management and now into a new Renewals Desk role, with real support at each step. * Leaders who coach, not just manage – my managers have consistently invested time in coaching, feedback, and helping me think about the “next” role, not just this quarter’s number. * Strong learning culture – from product enablement to deal reviews and peer shadowing, there are a lot of opportunities to get better at the craft of sales and renewals. * Mission you can stand behind – it’s easier to do the hard parts of sales when you believe in making hiring fairer and more efficient for candidates and recruiting teams. * Smart, kind coworkers – cross‑functional partners in CS, RevOps, Product, and Marketing are collaborative and willing to jump in to help solve customer problems. * Flexibility and trust – as long as you’re responsive and deliver on your commitments, there is a healthy amount of autonomy in how you structure your day. * Visibility into the business – especially in Account Management and Renewals, you get a front‑row seat to how packaging, pricing, and product strategy evolve, which is great experience for anyone building a long‑term career in SaaS.

Cons

* Change is constant – with new products, packaging, and occasional org shifts, you have to be comfortable with ambiguity and re‑learning processes; it can be tiring if you prefer a very stable environment. * Tools and processes can feel complex – there are moments where systems and handoffs aren’t as streamlined as they could be, which adds friction for both reps and customers.
