Pros
- Great and quick interview process - During the interview, I felt I was given a great opportunity to meet various people from the team overall (different groups, different levels, different locations) - Recruiters are always available to answer questions and provide updates - SmartThings did a great job providing needed information ahead of my start date to ensure my start with them is as smooth as possible - When I started, HR took a lead and put a schedule together for my first week - Open environment which allows for great collaboration - Dog friendly :-)
Cons
- Open environment - if you are used to cubes, it will take a bit of time to adjust. Once adjusted, you will see lots benefits
