The people work in here are experts. You are surrounded by extremely smart people. Everyone is friendly, helpful and open minded. There is no competition between colleagues. Everyone is evaluated based on his/her own performance. Packages are wonderful. Ask around and see who can match how much SmartThings pays. No other company can match it! Great health benefits. Great work life balance. Free snacks, beverages and beer in the kitchen. All the things you can imagine are taken care of by the company so you can focus on making positive contributions to the company and write clean and good code. I'm so lucky to join SmartThings. No cons so far. No free parking but you can't complain about that because the location is next to downtown Minneapolis and surrounded by great restaurants and next to Mississippi River.
