Cons
The culture is a bit lacking. The teams themselves get along pretty well, but company-wide there doesn't seem to be an emphasis on getting to know people across departments. It's up to the individual, which is fine. Communication is sometimes poor. Many updates to the product are launched without the necessary people being aware, which can be challenging. We've at least started working on this... And the product...it certainly is powerful...and while good in many ways, there's still a lot of work to be done to make it more user-friendly.
