Pros

I've worked for Smile Brands for close to 12 years. I enjoy the family atmosphere and collective focus on supporting the practices and optimal patient care. There is plenty of advancement opportunities for individuals wanting to grow professionally. The Senior management is supportive and encouraging. Dentists like the complete freedom to provide custom treatment plans based on each patients unique needs. No corporate dentistry here. The pay is in line with the responsibilities and includes bonus opportunities.

Pros

There is so much opportunity to learn, grow and advance if that is what you want. Great support from management on your day to day job and help with advancement.

Cons

There is high staff turn over is a problem and can make doing your job properly a little difficult at times. Paper charts are cumbersome and difficult to read at times.

Pros

Adjustable schedule and freedom in terms of uniform, hour lunch breaks, they still pay you even if the patient cancels.

Cons

1. Horrible management 2. Inconsistencies throughout management and care of patients 3. Inconsistant doctors 4. No cancellation policy/flaky patients 5. White lies told throughout
