Smith Micro Software used to be a great place to work! Excellent people, friendly environment for the most part and an encouraging work atmosphere prior to my departure.
Cons
Always feel like someone is looking over your shoulder no matter what you do. Management will talk behind your back and will not support you in meetings; leaving you on an island.
