      You start with a good salary. Benefits right away. Yearly trips to Florida and Dallas. Stock options. RRSP contributions and pension.

      Cons

      Terrible management, they only care about dollars and not about you. Unrealistic expectations, products way overrated. The training is unequivocally the worst thing going.
