      The midland plant is managed horribly. Never been so overworked and under appreciated at any other job.

      Work was easy had decent pay ($15 per hour) very flexible hours (minimum was 20 hours a week with a max of 40)

      Cons

      Barely ever saw my boss would not give you extra work if you asked" the work was very remedial and boring they do not hire interns very often after graduation
