A very demanding job that can be very rewarding if you "sell out", and care to have no life outside of work. - Mobile Store Manager Snap-on Employee Review

Pros

There are a lot of perks, although the hours worked are overwhelming at times. As long as sales are up there is little pressure from above. If you devote yourself to this it can be rewarding.

Cons

Hours...there is a lot of pressure from above the moment sales take a dip. I was treated with harsh words from my superiors when things didn't go as they expected.

Cons

Barely ever saw my boss would not give you extra work if you asked" the work was very remedial and boring they do not hire interns very often after graduation
