Pros
Awesome coworkers who are not only great and collaborative, but fun to hang out with. Great location! Good opportunities to learn and grow and be exposed to other areas of the business, but only if your manager is supportive.
Cons
Senior Management needs a complete overhaul. Lots of politics and bad management behavior. Sadly the HR also does not care. Lack of business strategy and direction. Also HP no longer cares. No one is really happy except the management may be and at this point it is all about getting a paycheck while looking for opportunities. No wonder the employee count is really dwindling and the management is not doing anything about it.
