No direction right now - marketing is rearing it's ugly head Need a new Head of Product to give us more clear direction for User Experience Too many good people left - not enough resources to help with work Too many expectations with little direction and no help Politics are crazy - too many cooks in the fire No raises for almost 3 yrs - compensation needs to change if you want folks to stay Innovation is wanted but too hard to get things done with current infrastructure
