      Pros

      Great product market fit, which gives a great energy throughout the company. Perks and benefits are very good and the company does well and is growing very rapidly.

      Cons

      The senior management is not very approachable, middle management is affraid to talk back and there is a lot of politics. There is little room for feedback, it feels like you're either with us or against us vibe.

      Pros

      Snowflake are doing exciting things in the world of Data & AI. In general the people are nice to work with and willing to help. Salary is competitive

      Cons

      Run by engineers who don't always understand the market. Tend to build products/features without research to see if it is wanted. Little ability to change management thinking and your ideas tend to get push aside for management agendas. Way to much redundant paperwork and poor processes and countless meetings and reviews that achieve nothing that consume time that could be spent inovating
