Pros
Great people, great products, great benefits, some positions with work-at-home options. Good work-to-life balance.
Cons
German company forced to RIF in the U.S. on a regular basis to meet their bottom line (it is more difficult to RIF in Germany). Talent or contribution of employees being released is not considered. I would recommend working at SAG to any U.S. citizen who is willing to deal with the huge regular possibility of being let go in order to experience the really great benefits of working at SAG -- especially someone young enough to adjust easily after being RIFed.
