Lowest commissions in the Inland Empire. 90% sales force turnover within first 6 months. Expensive health insurance. Unpredictable and last minute schedule changes. They expect you to be available from 7 am until 9 pm 7 days a week. A very us and them attitude with management. Management replaces people daily and customers yell at us for harassing them. We are forced to account for and to actively update our personal schedules and make them available to our managers so that we can be productive 24/7. No pay raises at all. The in home sales training is terrible and the programs they use are ancient. Charge backs without proof. The Las Vegas sales trips are cheap and cheaply done and winners never seem to get paid.
