Pros

Honestly? None right now. Use to have good Pros but they are no longer in place.

Cons

I am a current account Account Executive for Identifix (which is ran by Solera). The way the company is ran is a JOKE. One day management says we need to do one thing and the next day management says we need to change it again. Account Executives are buying leads from SDRs and when you bring this up to management nothing is done about it however; management still expects you to do the same amount of work as the person buying leads. Company doesn't have a clear path. I can see the writing on the wall with this company and I looking for another job before the lay me off just like they did my manager. Someone changing customers with out the customers consent for hundrends of dollars and management didn't fire that person. Al they did was cover it up. That rep worked for the company 5 more months after that was found out. Last time I heard over 20 customers were affected by this. This company is the worst. There is no motivation or morale in the teams. Sales reps can't get help from managers since the managers don't know what is going on. It is honestly a joke.

Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

The company has significant issues that make it difficult to recommend as a long-term workplace. HR support is virtually non-existent, leaving employees without meaningful assistance when concerns arise. Favoritism appears to influence decisions more than performance or merit, creating an unfair work environment. There are very few opportunities for career growth, and many employees find themselves in stagnant roles with little chance for advancement. Even when employees consistently exceed expectations and earn recognition, raises are infrequent or nonexistent, making it difficult to feel valued for hard work. Additionally, there is a noticeable lack of professionalism at the management level. Communication, accountability, and leadership standards need significant improvement. Overall, the company would benefit from investing in stronger leadership, a more effective HR department, and a culture that rewards performance fairly.
