Pros

Great downtown location and occasional travel opportunities for some. In theory their mission is nice. Possible profit sharing at the end of the year.

Cons

The company is growing quickly at the expense of the employees happiness. They expect employees to double their workload because of managements goals but they receive no extra compensation. When people leave everyone else picks up the load and they are very slow to rehire. There is no HR department to speak of. They've put the wrong people in management positions and you have to be in good with the owner to move up, even if you're bad at your job. Not a happy place to be.

Pros

I've had a wonderful experience working here. One of the company's greatest strengths is its people-first culture. This culture is fostered by leadership overall, but in particular by the HR Director who is incredibly empathetic, supportive, and always willing to listen and help employees navigate challenges with professionalism and care. Pros: - Exceptional HR Director and team that genuinely cares about employees - Servant leadership modeled by the CEO - Supportive and motivating sales leadership - Positive, collaborative work environment - Strong mission and meaningful work I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking a supportive workplace with caring leadership, a strong culture, and the opportunity to carry out meaningful work providing professional development and support to K-12 schools.

Cons

Cons: - As with any dynamic organization, some processes are still evolving
