Good product, terrible company - Anonymous employee Solution Tree Employee Review

Low pay and benefits, including holidays. The very practices we tell our customers not to use are in full use at Solution Tree. The culture is unhealthy and hostile. There is disparity in how departments are compensated (bonus/no bonus) and the pay is well below industry standard for all employees--on and off site. Also, the constant review of numbers and greed are exhausting and do not inspire sales. Even when doing well, it seems it is not enough for the CEO. Not a place for the long-term since there is no upward mobility.
