-Education -Team Energy -Experience Offered Working at Solution Tree will forever be one of my favorite opportunities i’ve taken. It’s a perfect way to get your professional footing within the event world. The team you work with is massively supportive of your successes (and failures) and will do everything to help you succeed. You’ll meet some of the best people, get the opportunity to travel, and get invaluable experience in the event world. I miss it ALL the time!
Cons
Compensation is well bellow industry standard. (and is the ONLY reason I left) I couldn’t afford to keep the job as it quite literally would no longer cover my bills. Again, if you have a roommate, partner, etc… you’ll probably be fine!!!
