4yThank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. I am sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your time with us. If you were a part time Customer Service Specialist, as your title states, I can not speak to your experience as we have only had full time employees since my tenure here, which started almost a year ago.
We strive to ensure that we are providing an environment where our Soothers are recognized for their achievements, both by their peers as well as leadership. We continue to focus on building a culture where our team feels valued.
We understand that there is no "one size fits all" when it comes to creating a fulfilling and rewarding career for each of our team members. We do however, often ask for input on how we can improve and we take those suggestions seriously. Soothe continues to grow and we are hopeful that we will continue to provide a workplace where our team members thrive.
