Since the company is growing so rapidly the environment is constantly changing and evolving. It's exciting to be a part of something so dynamic. The people that work at Soul are the greatest. You'll find great people who will become friends at this company.
Cons
Expectations are high but often feel unequal among employees and departments. Studios are open 365 days a year so work life balance can be very tough.
